Warranty

All new Toyota vehicles are covered by a 3-Year/100,000 km Limited Toyota Warranty.

This Toyota warranty coverage includes any defect that is attributable to a manufacturing or assembly fault under normal use for a period of 3 years or 100,000km, whichever comes first.

The warranty covers the cost of towing your vehicle to the nearest authorized dealership in the event of a breakdown immobilizing your vehicle, if that breakdown is the result of a warrantable defect.

Toyota Genuine Accessories installed at the time of vehicle purchase are covered by a 3-year/100,000 km limited warranty. Installation or use of non-Toyota-genuine accessories that result in vehicle damage is not covered under otherwise applicable warranties.

The following items specified below are covered for periods other than the basic coverage.

The original equipment battery is covered for 12 months or 20,000 km, whichever comes first.

Surface rust and paint damage is covered for 24 months or 50,000 km

When your vehicle is inoperative due to a warranted part failure, you can avail free towing service from the nearest dealership.

Tires are warranted under a separate warranty provided by the tire manufacturer.

Warranty repairs (parts and/or labor) will be made at no charge.

Failure of a vehicle on which the odometer mileage has been altered or changed so that vehicle mileage cannot be readily ascertained is not covered.

Modification, alteration, tampering, disconnection, improper adjustments or repairs, accident and use of add-on parts/material are not covered.
