Ref: Fraudulent and Unauthorized Sale of Coupon Book
This notice is for the general public with regards to the fraudulent sale and distributions of a coupon book by a company called “Access” (photograph and number enclose). This company was procured by TCRM to print and distribute these coupons in January of 2020. However, from 1st May 2020, we cancelled the subscription with this outfit due to lack of documentation/proof of sales and data collection, as was promised by the company. They were given notice to cease and desist further printing and/or distribution.
However, it has come to our attention that Access & Mr. Zubair Hussain have continued to print and sell these vouchers to unsuspecting customers. They have taken this scheme a step further by having their sales team encourage customers to call the following number (0321-230-0409) to verify the coupon is genuine and obtain appointments for service. The phone number does not and never did belong to TCRM, rather it belongs to Mr. Zubair Hussain of Access Printing. Access employees are impersonating Toyota Creek Motors representatives in order to sell and secure fake appointments for them.
TCRM does not have a contract with this outfit or any other vendor for printing and distribution of any coupon book. As such we will NOT honour/accept this voucher for services redeemed at TCRM.
We have already lodged a complaint with local police and intend to peruse this matter legally. If you are approached by anyone selling a coupon book for Toyota Creek Motors, please do not purchase it. Inform the police immediately and notify us, by calling our UAN: 021-111-334-632.

On behalf of our family at TCRM, we apologize for the duress this may have caused to some of our patrons. However, we are, ourselves, victim of this unscrupulous company and its unethical practices.

ٹویوٹا کریک موٹرز کا کسی بھی کوپن کی کتاب کی طباعت اور تقسیم کے لئے اس تنظیم )یا کسی ایجنٹ) کے ساتھ کوئی معاہدہ نہیں ہے۔ لہذا ٹویوٹا کریک موٹرز کوپن کو قبول نہیں کرے گی ، اور نہ ہی اس کے لئے کوئی خدمات مہیا کرے گی۔
