Responsible for overseeing the operations of the pre-owned vehicle department. This includes managing inventory, setting pricing strategies, leading the sales team, appraising trade-ins, sourcing vehicles, and ensuring profitability also ensure exceptional customer service, effective team performance, and compliance with all standard policies.
Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and customer retention. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
Keenly fulfilling the demands of customers, diagnosing the actual fault in the vehicle & providing the best service by leading the customer service team, developing loyalty programs, & customer satisfaction goals.
Generating new leads, corporates and meet sales targets. Actively involved in customer management, business management. & leading the sales team through guidance and mentorship programs.
Responsible for driving business growth by securing new corporate clients and expanding relationships with existing accounts. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and direct client engagement to achieve revenue targets and build strong, long-term customer partnerships.
Making major corporate decisions, managing the overall operations and resources of the company. Dealing with very high-level strategic decisions and set the vision, mission, and values of the company.
