Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and customer retention. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
Generating new leads, corporates and meet sales targets. Actively involved in customer management, business management. & leading the sales team through guidance and mentorship programs.
Making major corporate decisions, managing the overall operations and resources of the company. Dealing with very high-level strategic decisions and set the vision, mission, and values of the company.
Keenly fulfilling the demands of customers, diagnosing the actual fault in the vehicle & providing the best service by leading the customer service team, developing loyalty programs, & customer satisfaction goals.
